Salad

Vanilla Lobsters/shrimps Salad

(Shrimps may be used instead of lobsters)
   
2 Lobsters
1/4lb Mixed salad leaves
3 tablespoon Vanilla Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Vanilla Sugar
1/2 tablespoon Salt
 
  1. Cut lobsters in half. Lay them on steamer basket. Cover and lower the heat. Steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. When cooked, transfer lobsters on Scott towel. Remove and slice lobsters meat.
  3. Place them on a bed of mixed salad leaves.
  4. Mix salt, Vanilla Sugar and Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar.
  5. Pour Vanilla Olive Oil, Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar around the lobsters meat. Garnish with parsley.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
